OnlyFans announced on Monday, March 23, that its reclusive millionaire owner, Leonid Radvinsky, who transformed the porn industry with a subscription model, had passed away at the age of 43 from cancer.
In 2018, the British founder of OnlyFans, Tim Stokely, sold Fenix International, the platform’s parent company, to the Ukrainian-American businessman. He was a majority stakeholder and a director on the board of Fenix.
Powered by erotic performers and celebrity influencers, OnlyFans transformed under his control from a website that shied away from explicit content to an adult-only sensation with over 300 million users and over $1 billion in yearly revenue.

With Radvinsky’s passing, it is unclear who will be the platform’s owner. According to the Forbes real-time billionaires list, he had a net worth of roughly $4.7 billion and his Fenix shares have been held in the LR Fenix Trust since 2024.
